As of 24 september 2005 I will own this '84 volvo 760 as a replacement for my less then perfect 1986 volvo 760.
I'm already hunting for some missing parts, with the wheels as primary target. Today I found the wheels, which will be traded for the Dracos, which in turn were taken from the 1990 740 partscar.
We've collected the car and it's now in storage. We've got an extra right fender
with all strips included and a snowcap. There is still a lot to fix on the car.
ToDo
To keep track of the work that has to be done on the cars, I've added a small list of repairs that still have to be done. The dots are colorcoded.
- The engine runs terrible, it's missing some cylinders
- Oilleak on the left head (rear)
- Replace right mirror (cracked)
- Fit original wheels
- Fix several small chips
The wheels are marked as a fix, as they are standard, but missing.
