1985 Volvo 340 DL "Lijntje"

After obtaining 'Streepje' we were looking for a donor, as the car could use some fresh bodypannels. We were tiped by a clubmember on an ad for a car with the same striping, which was offered for parts of as a complete donor. We reacted and were offered the first choice. Meanwhile we checke dthe license registration and it was issues the exact same day as Streepje.
04 April 2009 we went to take a look at the car, which we already nicknamed 'Lijntje'. The car was fine, not perfect and not running. As it would be a donor, we agreed.

Curiousity... gets yourself a running car instead of a parts donor. All that we had to replace was the propshaft, which the friend who helped had in abundance.

Oh, and my girlfriend, who is absolutely not interested in cars, now owns 2 rare specials.

Ok, not yet, she'll first have to get her license.

After the driveshaft fix the rear muffler was replaces and the vario belts have been replaced and the car is now in use as temp replacement while I'm fixing my daily driver. (some rustholes have been removed)
